By using this website or working with Solo Venture AI LLC ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or our services. Specific project work is also governed by a separate written agreement, which takes priority if anything here conflicts with it.
Our services
We design, build, and support practical AI solutions — including website assistants, custom automations, integrations, analytics, and web applications. The exact scope, timeline, and price of any project are set out in a written proposal or agreement before work begins.
The content, design, and text on this website are owned by Solo Venture AI LLC. You may not copy, scrape, or reproduce them without written permission.
No surprises. We work to a scope and price you approve up front. If something needs to change, we talk about it first — we never quietly add to your bill.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and timely access to anything we need to do the work.
- Make sure you have the right to share any data, accounts, or content you provide.
- Use anything we build lawfully and as intended.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, the deliverables we build for you are yours to own and use. We may reuse our own general know-how, tools, and methods on other projects. Any third-party software or services included in a build remain subject to their own licenses.
Payment
Fees, schedules, and payment terms are set in your project agreement. Invoices are due as stated there. Work may be paused on overdue accounts until payment is resolved.
Support and reliability
We stand behind what we build and include support as described in your agreement. That said, technology and third-party services can change or have outages outside our control, and we can't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Solo Venture AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work the claim relates to. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.
Third-party tools
Our solutions often connect to third-party platforms (for example, hosting, messaging, or AI model providers). Your use of those is subject to their terms, and we're not responsible for their actions or availability.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
